They will have the opportunity to put their technical, creativity, and problem-solving skills to regular use by continuously delivering changes, processes improvements, alongside tasks, projects, and activities. Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA) The role is suitable for someone who is able to consistently deliver output; from urgent bug fixes, to longer term enhancements, someone who is capable of managing multiple asks and complete end-to-end development work on a sophisticated production system that is undergoing regular change. They will flourish in a process-driven environment, is able to complete and manage various tasks, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and ensure all processes are completed on a daily basis to a high standard. They will also use their technical skills to improve processes, build new requirements to prescribed standards, amongst other responsibilities. Outside of operational tasks, they will get to take part in projects, new enhancements and other cloud-based development work that would be beneficial to the team and wider department.
