Our managed hotels portfolio includes Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Red, Park Plaza, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.     Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Diego North 5975 Lusk Blvd San Diego, CA 92121 The Country Inn & Suites is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented part-time Breakfast Attendant to help host and serve our full breakfast buffet. Shifts begin between 5 to 6 AM and last until approximately 12:30 PM. Additional hours may be available based upon associate availability and seasonal demand. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour . We are proud to provide: Competitive pay Consistent schedule Free Parking 401k retirement savings plan plus company matching Key Responsibilities   Provides food and beverage service to guests in the breakfast room Sets up breakfast at scheduled time Prepares food and beverage to brand standard breakfast program guidelines Ensure breakfast items are replenished and available to guests during breakfast hours according to standards Maintain cleanliness of entire breakfast area and kitchen, including equipment, during and after breakfast hours Inventory breakfast items regularly and help unload weekly food order. Clears tables during the breakfast experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware in a timely manner Cleans tables, chairs and floor area Assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed the guests’ expectations Adheres to hotel and brand safety and security procedures in addition to local, county and/or city health department standards Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork Communicates and reinforces the vision for customer service to all managers, supervisors and employees Creates an environment that encourages employees to provide the service brand behavior hospitality and teamwork Ensures that all minimum requirements of the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee are in place and understood by all employees Ensures that the hotel delivers 100% Guest Satisfaction by developing customer feedback avenues (soliciting input, reports, etc.) and focusing management team on identifying trends and developing and implementing solutions Creates an environment that provides employees with the tools, training and environment they need to deliver the service brand behavior and teamwork Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest Requirements/Skills   Experience in a foodservice environment preferred but not required Strong customer service skills  Strong attention to detail  Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations   Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel  Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends  Physical Requirements : Ability to transport up to 50 lbs occasionally through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to hear with 100% accuracy with correction Ability to stand and exert well paced mobility for an eight (8) hour shift Ability to lift, pull, push up to 70 pounds on an ongoing basis Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist on an ongoing basis Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds     Ability to model Choice’s Cultural Values: Welcome and Respect Everyone, Be Bold, Be Quick, Listen, Be Curious and Show Integrity are key to our success in inspiring Loyalty, Growth, and the Hospitality Spirit.
