Sanimax recrute un technicien en automatisation, afin de soutenir son entreprise partenaire, Entosystem. Avantages Poste permanent, temps plein Horaire de travaille du lundi au vendredi ( 8h00 - 16h30 ) Salaire compétitif Environnement de travail moderne dans une usine neuve à la fine pointe de la technologie Régime complet d’avantages sociaux Responsabilités Observer et analyser les procédés de production afin de déceler les opportunités d’automatisation et d’optimisation des opérations. Proposer, concevoir et implanter des solutions de contrôle et de programmation adaptées aux besoins de production. Développer, tester et maintenir les logiciels des systèmes automatisés (PLC, SCADA, HMI). Assurer la planification, la coordination et le suivi des projets d’automatisation, en collaboration avec les équipes de production, de maintenance et d’ingénierie. Diagnostiquer et résoudre efficacement les problèmes techniques liés aux systèmes de contrôle. Documenter les projets, processus et modifications apportées, et communiquer les informations pertinentes aux parties concernées. Participer activement à l’amélioration continue et recommander de nouvelles technologies ou approches favorisant la performance, la fiabilité et la durabilité des procédés. Tes aptitudes : Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes; Esprit d’initiative et autonomie dans l’identification et la concrétisation des opportunités d’amélioration; Bonne compréhension des procédés manufacturiers et capacité à relier les enjeux techniques aux objectifs de performance; Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer clairement avec des interlocuteurs variés; Sens des priorités et rigueur dans la gestion des projets. Exigences Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe; Expérience en programmation de systèmes de contrôle industriel (PLC, SCADA, HMI); Connaissance des langages de programmation courants (C, C++, Python, etc.); Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas électriques et des plans techniques; Expérience en gestion de petits projets d’automatisation ou d’amélioration continue (planification, suivi, documentation); Connaissance des pratiques de fiabilité et d’optimisation de procédés en environnement manufacturier.
