Le stage proposé requiert des connaissances en procédés industriels et inclut un travail sur nos lignes de transformation du poulet et du sang. Le candidat sera chargé de soutenir les ingénieurs de procédés au sein du département d'ingénierie de Sanimax.   Responsabilités : Apprendre les différents procédés de transformation de l'usine, y compris ceux liés au traitement du sang et du poulet. Participer à divers projets d'optimisation et d'amélioration des procédés, tels que l'élaboration de plans d'essai, la prise de mesures, l'analyse de données et la rédaction de rapports. Participer aux réunions quotidiennes de production Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes affectant l’efficacité des procédés Réaliser des analyses de causes racines et communiquer les résultats à l’équipe des opérations. Il pourra être requis d’effectuer des quarts de travail en soirée ou de nuit afin de soutenir les opérations   Exigences : Étudiant(e) en Baccalauréat en Génie chimique, mécanique ou biotech (T6 ou récent diplômé). Intérêt marqué pour les procédés industriels. Esprit analytique, rigueur et capacité à travailler en équipe. Expérience avérée dans la réalisation d’essais et la rédaction de rapports techniques Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de changements de procédés et/ou de nouvelles stratégies de contrôle. Connaissances ou expérience en contrôle avancé et automatisation (atout). Formation ou expérience professionnelle en lean manufacturing et Six Sigma (atout). Expérience en analyse multivariée (atout). Expérience avec le logiciel OSI PI Vision (atout).
