Salario inicial de $23.76 El pago aumenta a medida que aprendes nuevas funciones Bono trimestral del 3% Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional Plan 401(k) con aporte de hasta el 5% Empresa estable con más de 85 años en el mercado Responsabilidades como Operador de Planta: Respaldar remolques en las áreas de descarga Cargar y descargar vagones de tren Brindar apoyo en cualquier área de operación de la planta Diagnosticar y reparar fallas de equipos según corresponda Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio Realizar otras tareas asignadas Trabajo al aire libre: se trabajará en temperaturas de verano e invierno Habilidades y experiencia requeridas: 1 año de experiencia laboral relacionada Diploma de secundaria o equivalente (preferido) Capacidad para mantenerse físicamente activo durante todo el turno Fuertes habilidades de comunicación Experiencia con montacargas es una ventaja (se ofrece capacitación) Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!
