L’équipe de santé et sécurité de Sanimax se cherche un nouveau collègue pour effectuer le rôle de coordonnateur - Santé et Sécurité dans l’une de nos usines à Montréal. Responsabilités Supporter la formation, participer activement aux réunions du comité de sécurité, réunions avant quart, des exercices de contrôle des risques et des audits; Faire équipe avec le département de la maintenance pour le maintien des inspection/certifications annuelles applicable selon les normes; Assister activement le spécialiste dans les enquêtes-analyse et faciliter les actions correctives avec le personnel approprié, pourrait également former et coacher les superviseurs sur la qualité des enquêtes; Soutenir le spécialiste senior SST sur l'identification des dangers et l'analyse des risques avec une équipe multidisciplinaires sélectionnées par le directeur de l'usine; La personne sélectionnée recevra la formation sur l’application du programme en santé/sécurité en vigueur chez Sanimax, pour bien se situer, avant chaque mandat SST sélectionné Exigence Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, certificat en SST ou tout domaine d’étude jugé pertinent Expérience ou intérêt marqué pour la santé-sécurité et la conformité en industrie manufacturière Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec divers intervenants Esprit analytique et pragmatique Aptitude à s’exprimer en français à l’écrit et à l’oral ; l’anglais est un atout Dynamisme, tact, autonomie, sens de l’organisation, rapidité d’apprentissage Facilité à communiquer, bonne capacité à gérer son stress et à assurer des suivis Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!
