Lead and grow a team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Drive impact in the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain space. Opportunity to work on high-impact, mission-driven projects. What You'll Be Doing: Own product roadmap for our public blockchain, focusing on scalability, developer experience, and global compliance. Work closely with DevRel to improve SDKs, APIs, docs, and developer onboarding, enabling faster builder adoption. Drive core chain product modules: L2 infra, bridging, payment flows, token standards, and account abstraction. Lead innovation in on-chain payments, including gasless UX, stablecoin support, and settlement standards. Analyze metrics across developer activity, integrations, and ecosystem growth to guide product decisions. Collaborate with engineering, design, BD, and compliance to deliver end-to-end product execution. Conduct market and competitive research across L1/L2 ecosystems and Web3 infrastructure. What We Look For In You: Experience with Web3 products, preferably public blockchain / L1 / L2 / wallet / infra. Strong technical background is preferred, comfortable working with engineers on specs and architecture. Experience working with developers or DevRel teams is a strong plus. Prefer experience in on-chain payments, stablecoins, gasless flows, or settlement protocols. Growth mindset with data-driven decision making and strong product execution skills. Self-driven, ownership-focused, and passionate about blockchain innovation.
