What You'll Be Doing Conduct in-depth market research, gather user insights and identify the latest trends/topics in the Crypto/Web3 industry, bringing positive influence to the product roadmap. Lead overall marketing strategy for token listing, including campaigns, channel collaboration, promotions, etc. to maximize the impact and effectiveness of our token listings. Continuously optimize campaign strategies for listings, to increase user acquisition. Responsible for trading VOL market share, AUM growth and new users LTV . Develop and build new growth tools. What We Look For In You 5-8 years of experience in Product Strategy or Product Operations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential. Strong interest in the Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain industry. Successful experience in designing and executing user acquisition or VOL/AUM driven campaigns Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Nice-To-Haves Familiar with crypto trading / Web3 industry. Prior leadership and people management experience.
