This role: As a member of the Ninja Product Development team, you will bring together a creative product marketing role and technical outlook to our creative efforts to ensure that imaginative but credible solutions populate our ambitious product roadmap. This role will be part of our growing Ninja Product Development team, working on a variety of new innovative kitchen products. Alongside the rest of the product development team, you will help bring new innovative products to market. Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: Partner with Product Development team members to help with the successful product launches of new and cutting-edge Ninja products Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams on updates to product packaging, instruction guides, and more Track our competitive landscape and providing analysis for areas of opportunity Own item (SKU) creation and accessory development for Domestic & International product launches Coordinate and execute of consumer research activities with internal and external testers in collaboration with Consumer Insights team Track of findings and action items from consumer research and product reviews Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep dives into consumer reviews – both Ninja products and competitors – to understand the consumer’s point of view Monitor international line extension testing Partner with Culinary team members to conduct KPI testing/product definition holder  Partner with Engineering counterparts to support thermal mapping  Prepare samples for retailer meetings  ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: Education: Must be in the third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, currently enrolled in a master's program, or have graduated from such a program within the past year Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 5 days  per week onsite in Needham, MA Proven experience through at least one prior internship or co-op, ideally in marketing or consumer products Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, energetic, and curious, with a strong desire to learn Adaptable and flexible, with an entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to independently own projects Confident, outgoing communicator who asks thoughtful questions and shares ideas Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Embodies SharkNinja's success drivers: Rarely Satisfied – Adopt a “no delays” mentality in delivering against market needs/timing Progress over Perfection - Make quick, daily progress and continuously adapts to achieve results rather than requiring perfect planning Details Make the Difference - Can coordinate timelines & deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency across all consumer-facing materials Winning is a Team Sport - Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships Communicate for Impact - Strong communication skills - ability to deliver effective presentations to all levels of management Please note that, due to the high volume of applications for early talent roles, response times may vary depending on the specific role and timeline.
