This role is essential in shaping Shark Beauty's growth trajectory through innovative product launches and consumer-focused branding efforts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives and brand values. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Product Launches: Oversee the development and execution of successful product launch campaigns, ensuring maximum market impact and consumer engagement. Brand Development: Build and enhance the Shark Beauty brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence across all channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand voice. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships, to drive online engagement and sales. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and report on key metrics to senior leadership. Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, continuously exploring new opportunities to enhance SharkNinja's marketing strategy. Qualifications: 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Expertise in product launches and brand strategy Proven ability to lead and develop teams, driving innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and financial management skills, with a focus on delivering measurable marketing impact. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Work Expectations: This role is based in SharkNinja’s NYC office, with the expectation to be in the office at least 3-4 days per week to collaborate closely with the executive team and cross-functional partners.    Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
