This team enhance employee satisfaction and providing support for the rapid growth of our global business. This team cover internal functions such as human resources, finance, and administrative teams.   What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end project delivery, encompassing requirements analysis, technical solution design, development, testing, deployment, and technical documentation. Drive the architecture upgrade and implementation of enterprise-level HR systems, ensuring both system stability and data security. Evaluate the technical feasibility of large-scale complex business requirements, formulate technical solutions, and support project implementation. Optimize system performance, mentor junior and senior engineers, and help the team resolve technical challenges. Establish and enforce development standards, while influencing and driving technical decisions across the department.   What We Look For In You Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of development experience with Java and Spring Boot/Cloud; must be proficient in Java and its ecosystem. Experience in large enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) is preferred. Proficient in relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues. Capable of source code-level analysis of open-source middleware and skilled in microservices architecture design. Experience in leading large-scale enterprise system development, handling complex business scenarios, and possessing experience with system refactoring or end-to-end project delivery. Familiarity with the full HR business lifecycle (including Employee, Organizational Structure, Onboarding/Transfers/Promotions/Separations, Compensation, Performance, Attendance, etc.). A passion for technology with high standards for code quality and development practices. A fast learner with strong analytical, logical thinking, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a team player mentality. Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.   Good to Have Experience in relevant departments of listed internet companies is preferred.
