The team builds systems that enhances and standardizes the development process, providing a one-stop development platform for raising Developer Efficiency, System Observability, and Performance Capacity.   What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for Product Management and design of the Basic Platform, ensuring the quality delivery of product functions. Responsible for the continuous improvement of user experience on the Basic Platform, utilising data-driven approaches to improve Customer Satisfaction Scores. What We Look For In You  Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors or equivalent, with more than 3 years of experience as a (To Business) ToB Product Manager with rich experience in user experience optimisation. Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members. Familiar with DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer processes and related tools, with good technical foundations. Excellent professionalism and ethics. Including but not limited to: communication and responsibility.
