About the Position We're looking for a Camp Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support for our five-week residential academic summer program in New York City. You will live on-site with students for the duration of the program and manage the operations of all daily classes and social activities. This includes managing all curfew, class, and study hour check-in processes. It also includes coordinating dormitory and classroom inventory needs, maintenance requests, and deliveries. In close collaboration with our in-house guidance counselor, you will ensure all student and staff needs are met, providing essential administrative support while the guidance counselor focuses on counseling and student wellbeing. Providing a phenomenal program experience is important to us. You will ensure the behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly, allowing students and instructional staff to focus on the academic and social aspects of the program. While you will be supported by our teams across Recruiting, Human Resources, and Facilities Management, we expect you to take ownership of administrative coordination and problem-solving. This is a temporary, full-time position with evening and weekend responsibilities. This program will run from the end of June through the beginning of August 2026. About You Have 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination, preferably in educational or residential, camp, or student life settings Preferably have a bachelor's degree and experience in program coordination, camp administration, or similar roles Organized with excellent attention to detail Mature and professional; handle information and logistics with care and efficiency Have a positive, solution-oriented personality and remain composed under pressure Excellent communicator and coordinator Available to live on campus during program duration Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs If you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to agency-partnerships@janestreet.com.
