About the Opportunity What You’ll Be Doing Conduct in-depth research on the cryptocurrency payments and Web3 industry, define product requirements, identify target markets, and drive product commercialization. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics to develop and implement growth strategies. Monitor user growth data, analyze user behavior, optimize product experience and growth strategies, and improve conversion rates. Collaborate closely with the R&D team to manage the product iteration process, ensuring it follows the planned schedule. Engage in in-depth discussions about business scenarios and technological trends to ensure the product's applicability and foresight. What We Look For In You Familiar with the payment industry, with in-depth industry insights into cryptocurrency payments in onshore and offshore markets. Strong knowledge of industry hotspots, with in-depth research and extensive experience in DeFi and on-chain trading. Bachelor's degree or higher. Over 2 years of experience in Web3 chains or Web3 wallets, along with 2+ years as a product manager in a large internet company. Strong ability to abstract and simplify complex problems, utilizing first-principles thinking; adept at systematic thinking and innovative problem-solving. Excellent project management skills, capable of driving cross-team collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions. Strong resilience under pressure, with outstanding communication skills and flexible thinking.
