About the Opportunity What You'll Be Doing KOL Management: Identify and collaborate with KOL to promote the exchange in NEA region. Oversee relationships with KOLs acting as Top trader ambassadors and ensure they align with the exchange's brand image and values. Partnership Development: Forge partnerships with KOLs to create promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the performance of KOL and create reports to evaluate the impact on user acquisition, engagement, and revenues. Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that leverage KOLs to enhance the exchange's market presence and user base. What We Look For In You  Prior business development experience in the crypto/ plafrom industry Impeccable language skills in the local language and English.
