About the Opportunity What You'll Be Doing  Engaging KOLs: Identify and collaborate with KOL to promote the exchange in NEA region. Partnership Development: Forge partnerships with KOLs to create promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations. Team management: Work with BD teams to implement and execute BD job to expand our value proposition for revenue and market share gain locally. Top traders KOL Management: Oversee relationships with KOLs acting as Top trader ambassadors and ensure they align with the exchange's brand image and values. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the performance of KOL and create reports to evaluate the impact on user acquisition, engagement, and revenues. Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that leverage KOLs to enhance the exchange's market presence and user base. What We Look For In You  Experience in a leadership position at a large and growing crypto platform. Proven leader with a pragmatic approach to engaging talent to perform and deliver results that are aligned to business strategies Impeccable language skills in the local language and English.
