What You'll Be Doing: Monitor trading activities in real time to proactively identify abnormal trades, price fluctuations, and potential market manipulation risks. Perform risk analysis and alerts across spot, derivatives, margin, and other trading products, executing risk control actions when needed. Closely track high-volatility markets, extreme conditions, and unexpected events, assessing their impact on platform stability and users. Provide feedback to risk product team to optimize trading risk control rules, parameters, and workflows. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams on incident handling, post-mortems, and ongoing improvements. Work in shifts and support U.S. market hours, including U.S. stock market trading sessions.   What We Look For in You: Diploma or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. Solid knowledge of U.S. equity markets or financial trading, including stocks, futures, options, or other derivatives. Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry; familiarity with major digital assets and exchange operations is a plus. Strong risk awareness, data sensitivity, and analytical thinking, with the ability to stay composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with different counterparts. Willing to work according to given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
