What You’ll Be Doing  Financial Reporting and Month-End Closing Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Ensure accuracy and completeness of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and financial commentary. Communicate well within the team and make sure internal deadlines and reporting/planning expectations are met. Liaises with auditors and tax agents for audit and tax -related matters. Perform other duties as assigned. Accounts Payable Oversight Oversee daily AP operations to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and staff claims. Work closely with departments to resolve invoice and payment queries. Drive process improvements to streamline AP and payment workflows. Audit, Tax, and Compliance Support statutory audit and tax submission processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion. Maintain proper documentation for audit trails. Assist with preparation of tax computation schedules and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with e-invoicing, SST and withholding tax. Process Improvement & System Enhancement Participate in automation initiatives and finance transformation projects. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through system integration (eg. Oracle Netsuite) Maintain and update finance SOPs for reporting and AP processes Desired Skills & Experience  Possess a Degree in Accounting, or equivalent. 3-5 years of solid finance operations experience in MNC. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel. Experience in using Oracle is an added advantage. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Excellent organization, problem-solving, inter-personal and communication skills.  A good team player.
