Wir suchen jemanden, der uns für mindestens ein Jahr begleitet und in folgende Themen eintaucht: Business Analysis: Du führst tiefgehende Analysen durch und leitest daraus konkrete Strategien ab, um den Erfolg unserer Kunden messbar zu steigern. Content Creation: Du erstellst hochwertige Präsentationen und Workshop-Materialien, die unsere Kunden begeistern und strategisch voranbringen. Marktforschung: Du identifizierst aktuelle Trends und Chancen in der globalen E-Commerce-Landschaft. Interne Projekte: Du arbeitest cross-funktional mit internationalen Teams an strategischen Initiativen. Executive Support: Du unterstützt unser Customer Success Management im Tagesgeschäft und trägst dazu bei, dass Mirakl seine Position als Branchenführer festigt. Dein Profil Studium: Du bist immatrikulierter Student (Bachelor/Master) der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs. Leidenschaft: Du brennst für E-Commerce und die Dynamik digitaler Geschäftsmodelle. Mindset: Du arbeitest gerne in hochmotivierten, diversen Teams und fühlst dich im internationalen Umfeld wohl. Sprachgenie: Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift). Tool-Stack: Excel und PowerPoint beherrscht du sicher; du verstehst es, Daten visuell überzeugend aufzubereiten. Skills: Du bist ein kreativer Problemlöser mit einer starken analytischen Ader und einer proaktiven Arbeitsweise. Wohnort: Du lebst in München (oder bist bereit für einen Umzug) und erfüllst die Voraussetzungen für den Werkstudentenstatus.
