This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and security, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. With your consent, reference checks will be conducted prior to receiving an offer.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.- Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support business needs.- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance data processing capabilities.Qualifications:- Proven experience in data engineering, with a strong understanding of data architecture and ETL processes.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
