   Technical Sourcer/Recruiter (Engineering) Duration: 6 Months  About the Role As a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter, you will own our engineering hiring—partnering closely with engineering leaders to build strong pipelines and deliver top talent at scale. This is a sourcing-heavy, high-impact role critical to Sigma’s rapid growth. What You’ll Do Own stakeholder relationships with engineering leaders and translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high-caliber engineering talent Take end-to-end ownership of the sourcing funnel, from outreach through pipeline management Develop creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiting and engineering teams Drive employee referrals for high-priority roles Manage early-stage candidate experience, interview coordination, and recruiter handoff Track and improve sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion, pipeline health) Maintain strong recruiting hygiene in Greenhouse ATS What We’re Looking For 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience Proven success in sourcing-heavy engineering roles Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and scheduling tools (GoodTime a plus) SaaS or startup experience preferred Additional Job details The pay range for this position is $50/hr - $65/hr per hour.About us: Sigma is the AI apps and analytics platform connected to the cloud data warehouse.
