Procurement - Monitor 3PRM System. I. Monitor all engagement data in 3PRM. II. Assist business owner with detailed issues. III. Approach third parties directly if certain issue happens. IV. Approach global 3PRM team or audit group if business owner encounter difficulties. V. Generate routine report. - Solve business owner’s questions about procurement process. - Survey market industry information to support business needs. - Analysis / consolidate annual spending. - Assist to publish preferred vendor list. - Assist internal contracting process via Adobe sign. 2. Finance - Support MMF actual data request specific for CVRM BU by monthly. - Assist with archiving documents from Finance team. - Check and rescan invoice to Coupa system. (Finance) 3. Plan Finance / Procurement activity with certain theme.
