Nous recrutons un(e) : Attaché Scientifique Hospitalier – Onco-Hématologie – Languedoc (H/F) Vos responsabilités : Au sein de la Business Unit Oncologie, dans le respect de la stratégie de l’entreprise, des règles d’éthique et des procédures en vigueur, vous aurez pour missions permanentes de : Être reconnu comme interlocuteur de qualité en Oncologie-Hématologie, construire des relations durables au sein des établissements de santé, développer et cultiver votre leadership scientifique afin atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs sur votre secteur ; Assurer la promotion des produits AstraZeneca auprès des professionnels de santé dans le cadre de la stratégie de communication produit préalablement définie, et des règles d’éthique, afin de réaliser les objectifs annuels ; Construire un Plan d’Action Sectoriel ambitieux intégrant des analyses stratégiques pertinentes (performance et écosystème local), des approches Key Account Management (KAM) cross-fonctionnelles sur des établissements clefs sélectionnés et les investissements correspondants ; Avoir différents types d’interactions impactantes avec les professionnels de santé (PDS) et l’ensemble des acteurs clefs de l’établissement, y compris les leaders d’opinion, en s’appuyant sur une parfaite maîtrise des techniques de communication, des informations clés sur votre produit et des données médicales dans le respect du bon usage du médicament ; Travailler en synergie avec votre équipe et avec les autres réseaux Oncologie, Hôpital et Ville ainsi que les équipes cross-fonctionnelles (marketing, diagnostic, médical, affaires territoriales, excellence opérationnelle ) ; Être garant de l’image d’AstraZeneca auprès des professionnels de santé, en veillant au respect des règles, des procédures en vigueur et en incarnant les valeurs d’AstraZeneca. Votre profil : De Formation Bac + 3 à Bac + 5 ou Pharmacien, vous avez une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, avec de préférence une expérience significative en Oncologie. Une expérience en Onco-Hématologie est fortement recommandée Vous avez de solides connaissances en biologie moléculaire et en oncologie clinique Vous possédez un bon niveau d'anglais Cette opportunité vous intéresse ?
