Nous recrutons un Ambition Lead Oncologie (Digestive et Génito-Urinaire) :: Missions : Contribuer, dès la conception des études de phase III (c’est-à-dire 3 à 5 ans avant l’autorisation de mise sur le marché future), à la préparation de l’écosystème de santé français pour les futures indications d’une aire thérapeutique sous la responsabilité du Medical Early Development Project Manager en : Influant sur les équipes globales concernant le design des études de phase III, en collaboration avec l’équipe transversale (commercial, réglementaire, diagnostic et accès au marché) via le représentant local RTT ou IBT, Anticipant les activités nécessaires à structurer le marché (par exemple : compréhension du parcours de soins des patients, identification du rôle des différents professionnels de santé impliqués dans la stratégie de traitement, connaissance des associations de patients concernées), Participant au déploiement de projets ambitieux sur le long terme permettant un accès rapide et durable au traitement (par exemple : évaluation et mise en œuvre d’accès précoce, génération de données, mise en place de nouveaux tests diagnostiques). Contribuer, sous la direction du Medical Early Development Project Manager, à définir et exécuter un plan stratégique national sur 3 à 5 ans, en collaboration avec l’équipe transversale (médical, accès au marché, réglementaire, diagnostic et marketing) pour chaque indication/produit (Gold +/- Silver). Être le leader dans la construction du plan transversal Tumor Ambition afin d’assurer une vision stratégique et un déploiement coordonné des activités pour toutes les indications d’une aire thérapeutique, intégrant l’ambition à long terme de la Franchise et en cohérence avec la stratégie globale ainsi qu’avec l’environnement local. Garantir la continuité de la planification et une exécution sans faille du lancement commercial en assurant la transition vers les équipes marketing et transversales au moment du BSP (Business Strategy Plan). Garantir une gouvernance efficace de la Franchise de l’aire thérapeutique, ainsi que son animation et le suivi des décisions prises. Assurer l’alignement et la coordination de tous les projets d’oncologie dans l’aire thérapeutique en se concentrant sur les besoins des professionnels de santé. Assurer un suivi budgétaire rigoureux. Votre profil : Formation : Bac +5 (école de commerce, ingénieur, pharma + Master, ou formation scientifique équivalente). Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, idéalement en oncologie ou spécialités hospitalières, Lancements de produits et projets innovants, Collaboration cross-fonctionnelle réussie dans un environnement international, Expérience en gestion de projet transverse (exigée). Capacités clés : Vision stratégique, Leadership d’influence, Coordination et structuration, Solide base scientifique.
