Le/la chef de produit sénior Onco-Hématologie aura notamment pour responsabilité le développement et la maximisation d’indications au sein du portefeuille Hématologie, ainsi que la préparation de lancements futurs.   Principales responsabilités Co-leader la préparation, la réflexion et la conception de plans stratégiques annuels solides et innovants en étroite coordination avec les équipes cross-fonctionnelles Mettre en œuvre un plan tactique marketing omnicanal innovant en collaboration avec l’équipe omnicanale et l’équipe Globale, au service de la stratégie Participer à la construction des séminaires et mi-cycles pour viser l’excellence Optimiser l'allocation des ressources budgétaires et faire un suivi rigoureux des dépenses Analyser le marché local ainsi que le contexte concurrentiel pour adapter au mieux la stratégie et les messages Fédérer les équipes autour des projets marketing ; Engager les forces de vente à chaque nouvelle campagne et maintenir une communication active avec eux afin de mieux comprendre les besoins, les enjeux et adapter les outils marketing Qualifications Expérience de plus de 5 ans en marketing et/ou dans des fonctions transverses ; Expérience significative dans l’industrie pharmaceutique dans des domaines concurrentiels en onco-hématologie. Une expérience terrain est un plus La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. Grande agilité d'apprentissage, autonomie, réactivité et adaptabilité ; Sens de l'éthique et de la responsabilité ; Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre aptitude à apporter et à concrétiser des idées nouvelles ainsi que pour vos capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
