【ミッション】 優れた製品戦略の立案と実行を通して製品およびポートフォリオのベネフィットを一人でも多くの患者さんに届け、AZのサイエンスの価値を最大化することで、患者さんのためにサイエンスに再投資し続けられる製薬企業として競合優位性を維持し続けることに貢献する 【Mission】 Contribute to maintain sustainably competitive position of AZ in the industry, who can make continued investment on scientific innovation to help patients, by maximizing the value of AZ science through delivering benefits of science to as many patients as possible   【業務の範囲】 ・上市前製品の市場環境、顧客、製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し、I&AやMedical teamなど関係部門と協力しながらビジネス課題を特定・構造化・分析し、課題を解決するためのブランド戦略を立案する ・R&Dや薬事、薬価チームなど社内他部門とのコミュニケーション、社外医学専門家のマネジメントを円滑に行い、上市の準備や戦略の改善を円滑に行う ・開発段階の薬剤や導入品、上市前の製品の市場潜在性や市場価値を評価し、売上げ予測を策定する。また、開発プロジェクトチーム(日本、グローバル)へ適宜コマーシャルニーズのインプットを行い、日本市場におけるDisease strategyや薬価戦略、ラベル戦略等の基盤を構築する ・グローバルチームや他国と協力しながら上市前製品価値を最大化する 【Role & Responsibilities】 ・Develop brand strategies by understanding the pre‑launch product’s market environment, customers, product and portfolio, and identifying business issues in collaboration with relevant functions such as I&A, Medical team and so on. ・Lead launch readiness and strategy refinement smoothly by communicating with other internal functions such as R&D and Regulatory Affairs and pricing team, and managing external medical experts effectively. ・Assess the market potential and market value of pipeline assets, in‑licensed products, and pre‑launch products, and develop sales forecasts.
