DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES   主 要 职 责 Commercial law Independently provide legal advice to internal clients on commercial matters and serve as an important point of contact. Draft and review contracts and other documents, including those for business transactions and daily operations. Independently manage external counsels. Collaborate closely with other in-house counsels to ensure cross-functional cooperation in all legal matters. Work with in-house counsels in other countries/regions on special projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle legal proceedings and manage internal and external investigations as assigned. Provide legal support for business development and other major deals and transactions as assigned. Keep the legal team and internal clients updated on the latest legislative and judicial developments. Others Lead projects within the legal team or cross functional teams as assigned. Review junior counsel’s work as assigned. REQUIREMENT 要 求 Academic / Professional qualification     学 历 / 专 业 资 格 Law degree required. Passage of Chinese or foreign bar exam required. Oversea educations or working experience preferred. Working experience Essential     必 需    10+ years of post-graduation experience working in a reputable law firm as a lawyer or in a life science company as in-house counsel. Understand and adhere to ethical and professional responsibilities of a legal professional. Ability to make independent decisions and deliver results for the assignments that he/she is responsible for. Ability to engage, collaborate and influence others without relying on formal authority, both within or cross-functionally. Self-motivation, diligence, hard-working, taking ownership, and being a good team player. Desirable    理 想 Experience working in a leading international law firm or a Red Circle firm is preferred. Prior experience in advising cell-therapy and/or nuclear medicine-related businesses will be valued. Language ability    语 言 能 力 Proficient writing and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese. Computer literacy    电 脑 知 识 Familiarity with MS Office applications.
