What you’ll do Join us in redefining oncology care for our patients. We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions and specialists, ensuring patients have access to innovative therapies within oncology. As a KAM, you will manage oncology-focused centers and patient pathways, identifying medical needs and business opportunities. Your mission is to deliver value-driven solutions aligned with the objectives of decision-makers and foster long-term collaborations across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, and other specialists). Identify needs and opportunities to improve the positioning of our products in oncology. Present products through effective omnichannel engagement (visits, virtual meetings, roundtables). Map patient pathways and intervention points to ensure timely access to therapies. Prepare and update strategic account plans, reporting progress regularly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Franchise Leads). Represent the Oncology portfolio at national and regional oncology congresses. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations. Your profile Requirements: Previous KAM/MSR experience in Oncology or other therapeutic areas like Urology, Hematology, Biologics or Rare Diseases. . Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Biology. Strong strategic mindset, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
