Purpose of the Job Successfully launch ADC brands in Breast cancer market with differentiated launch excellence Collaborate with the partner company & cross functional team for maximizing brand opportunities Manage ADC brands’ life cycle beyond the indications Typical Accountabilities Develop new product/indication launch plan and seamlessly execute the planned actions in a timely manner collaborating with the partner company and the cross functional teams Strategically communicate with the external key stakeholders and collaborate with business partners based on the high passion & winning spirit Track business performance regularly working with related functions to achieve the brand goal Functional Capabilities (that are most critical to this position) Define business opportunities through deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Define key questions, hypothesis and deploy latest research skills to deepen understanding of patients, HCPs and payers. Prioritize, optimize and identify strategy of key accounts and customers, defining sequence of tactics and measuring engagement, leading cross functionally, leveraging influence Define KPIs and track qualitative and quantitative data to measure customer interaction and results of marketing mix Execute and track budgeting and forecasting Design customer value proposition and drive articulation of the holistic value proposition across brand offerings Ensure quality content generation and optimal deployment across channels considering internal and external compliance and key trends of the market environment Understand market sequencing and access requirements for product launch Cross functional collaboration with Medical, Sales, RA, and P&R to define joined up approach to customer engagement and share insights Essential Qualification Bachelor’s degrees and above Over 5-year experience of marketing in pharma industry End-to-end launch readiness experience from pre-launch to post-launch Strong drive for results Strategic business planning and project management Good interpersonal communication Fluent English communication Desired skills or requirements MS office skills(Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency Experience in oncology market is preferred (especially Breast cancer) ※ 채용 절차법에 따른 고지 사항 1. 전자우편으로 제출한 서류는 채용 절차법에 따라 , 일체 반환 의무가 없습니다 . 2. 보훈대상자 및 취업보호대상자는 관련법에 의거하여 우대합니다 . 3. 해외 여행 결격사유가 없어야 합니다 . 4. 본 채용은 수시진행으로 , 우수인력 채용 시 마감될 수 있습니다 .
