Typical Accountabilities: Oversee the contract lifecycle from contract creation, review, revision, negotiation, finalization to the execution. Facilitate contract internal review Advice and make proper decision on contract terms, especially on legal language, intellectual property, subject injury treatment, GCP regulation, operation requirement, etc. Lead the cross-functional team collaboration and engage with key stakeholders (e.g. Legal/Lawyer and compliance). Contract template management Study level: confirm the study standard template (including budget template) with study team upon study SSU kick off meeting. Country level: maintain country level contract templates Site level: create and maintain site specific contract templates; release them for study team using upon the relevant requests. Support master CSA or framework CSA review and negotiations with key site. Subject injury claim and insurance procedure support. Organize the study level and department level contract related trainings, including workflow, system operation, document templates, knowledge sharing, etc. Contribute to coach and supervise junior staff on contract issue. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager. Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Academic / Professional Qualification Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy, Medical, Biology, Legal, Business or related field. Technical / Skills Training Solid knowledge of the clinical study process and understanding of working procedures, together with an understanding of the ICH/GCP guidelines. Can well build collaboration with internal and external customers.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in both oral and written English. Integrity and high ethical standards. Working Experience At least 5 years industry experience of clinical trial, including 2 years in clinical contract management. Good computer skills in Microsoft and other software. Demonstrates ability of organization and administration.
