This role is responsible for exploring and building-up proper digital solutions for increasing team efficiency and productivity to site monitoring jobs, also responsible for site & patient intelligence by developing or exploring proper platform to support study team to gain better insight on clinical sites and patient population; leads the development of decentralized clinical trial (DCT) solutions in China, overseeing DCT implementations in clinical trials.   Typical Accountabilities Explore and build-up proper digital solutions to site monitoring jobs to increase team efficiency and productivity, seek for continually feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Develop and integrate a self-created database or explore proper external platform to enhance site & patient intelligence and to support study team to gain better insight on clinical sites and patient population, contribute to data driven decision making. Key driver for the development of DCT solutions in China, and oversee DCT implementations in clinical trials. Lead the cross-functional team collaboration, advocate change and promote the implementation. Adherence to AZ and industry code of conduct, ethics and good regulatory practices including AZ SOPs and other required SOPs. Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Academic / Professional Qualification Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy, Medical, Biology, Biomedical and /or health informatics, Computer Science or related field. Technical / Skills Training Have a proven track record on performance and reputation from major pharmaceutical companies or top companies. Understand R&D and DO business unmet needs and design end-to-end digital transform use cases. Solid knowledge of the Clinical Study Process, AZ Procedural Documents, international ICH/GCP guideline and relevant local regulations. Strong ability on building trustful relationship among peers and with cross functions and to drive results. Good project or product management skill and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluent in both oral and written English. Integrity and high ethical standards. Working Experience Minimum 6 years working experience in clinical operation of MNC or business analyst of top companies. Solid experiences on site monitoring/country study management/global study management are preferable. Experience in change management. 【 AstraZeneca is an equal opportunity employer.
