Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator   Introduction to role: Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving AstraZeneca's success? Join us and be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter!   Accountabilities: Manage end-to-end import and release : Handle import licenses and shipment release with the   EDA , including preparation and attendance at inspections. Oversee customs clearance : Provide complete approval documents, review shipping papers from supplying sites, and greenlight shipments. Submit and track NODCAR samples : Follow up until final batch release by   EDA/NODCAR . Coordinate arrival and distribution : Track shipments through depots to ensure efficient, compliant delivery. Protect cold chain and integrity : Check temperature reports, ensure storage conditions, and audit distributors for good handling. Maintain inventory health : Monitor weekly stock, ensure safety stock, and coordinate orders and packaging with supplying sites. Collaborate cross-functionally : Work with   Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Inventory, Quality, and Global Supply Chain . Be present in the field (~60%) : Visit   EDA , other governmental entities, and the   AZ warehouse (6th of October City) . Foster inclusive ways of working : Practice self-awareness, curiosity, and active listening to build team inclusion. Deliver under pressure : Proactively resolve issues to keep supply moving.   Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor of Pharmacy Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or relevant science background. Fluent in spoken and written English. Hands-on experience with EDA/NODCAR processes, customs brokerage coordination, and cold-chain logistics. Familiarity with GDP, GxP, and quality systems in pharmaceutical distribution.
