Typical Accountabilities 1. Launch Excellence - Assist line manager to build & execute launch capabilities development plan for all CFTs related to launch excellence. (Identify insights, analyze internal & external factors, build strategic plan, execute, monitor impact & adjust) - Assist line manager to build up & roll out Vietnam Launch Excellence framework align with global Launch excellence framework and follow up to ensure practical application from launch team - Monitor Launch process & prepare report to update with senior leader - Join in community across market which related to launch to identify best practice sharing suitable for Vietnam situation 2. Marketing capabilities - Assist line manager to build & execute Marketing capability development plan (Identify insights, analyze internal & external factors, build strategic plan, execute, monitor impact & adjust) - Creates a design and format of different training programs for MKT based on business needs. Develops programs considering global tools and practices 3. Strategic planning - Roll-out new BSP templates & ensure the new narrative is effectively communicated. Consolidate final approval BSP/BOP of all brands - Prepare & coordinate internal process for the annual BSP preparation. 4. I nternal communication - Collaborate with trainer to develop internal communication plan. - Create contents in various formats for multiple communication channel such as: Email, group chat, fan page. - Cultivate enthusiasm and engagement across CFT for new launches & activities from marketing excellence & commercial academy team 5. Others - Manages the budget for development plans & trainings according to corporate demands and schedule Qualifications, Experience & Skills Requirement Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, pharmaceutical, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in marketing, commercial excellence, communication, capability development, or strategic planning. • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects & Exposure to launch planning or brand strategy development is a strong advantage. Skills & Competencies • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights and translate them into actionable plans. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in internal communications and content creation. • High AI adoption is a strong advantage • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence without authority.
