Role Summary   The Assistant Brand Manager will support the Respiratory & Immunology (R&I) portfolio by executing brand strategies, driving omnichannel campaigns, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful patient and HCP engagement. The role focuses on market execution, analytics-driven decision-making, and operational excellence to accelerate brand growth.   Key Responsibilities   Brand Execution:  Activate brand plans across channels (HCP, digital, in-clinic, events), ensuring compliance and   timely   delivery.   Insights & Analytics:  Translate market research, competitive intelligence, and performance data into actionable recommendations.   Campaign Management:  Brief creative and media partners, manage content approvals, and track KPIs to   optimize   ROI.   Stakeholder Collaboration:  Work closely with Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply to ensure aligned execution.   Forecasting & Performance:  Support demand planning, budget tracking, and monthly performance reviews.   Field Enablement:  Develop and refine sales force materials, training inputs, and engagement tools.   Digital & Omnichannel:  Manage CRM journeys, email/SMS, web content, and social where applicable, following compliance standards.   Compliance:  Adhere to all company, ethical, and regulatory requirements for promotional activities.   Qualifications   MBA  with specialization in Marketing or related field.   3–5 years  of marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG with regulated marketing exposure.   Strong analytical skills  with   proficiency   in Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with dashboards/BI tools is a plus.   Project management  capability with attention to detail and timeline ownership.   Skills Required:    Assertive ness : follow the process and execute the job within the SOP    Attention to details & Problem Solving : should be able to understand the challenge in hand and support with the solutions as an option to the CFT.   Communication : effective in verbal and written communication.   Collaboration : Person should have the good collaboration mindset and a great team payer.    Proactiveness & Time Management :     Should be able to pre-empt the next bottle necks and work proactively to resolve the issue in timely manner with race against the time mindset.   Why AstraZeneca?
