Nous recrutons un(e) assistant(e) ventes & marketing / ou de Franchise pour la business unit BPCO en CDI. Vos missions : Dans le respect de la stratégie de l’entreprise, des règles d’éthique et des procédures en vigueur, il/elle a pour mission permanente de : Assurer l’assistanat d’un Directeur de Franchise ou de l’ensemble d’un Service (Ventes et Marketing) Prendre en charge et suivre les dossiers administratifs. Assurer une assistance logistique auprès de l’encadrement commercial dans l’organisation de réunions Coordonner/gérer un ou des projets d’organisation transversale au département Etre l’interface active entre son responsable et les interlocuteurs internes ou externes et entre le siège et le réseau Votre profil V ous avez une formation Bac+2/3 ( BTS Assistante ou support administratif de PME) . Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans la fonction en laboratoire Pharmaceutique Vous avez une bonne maitrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, SAP) ainsi que de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Vous êtes curieux(se), volontaire et motivé(e) par une forte envie d’apprendre. Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur et d’organisation, avez le goût du travail en équipe et êtes doté(e) de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication.
