Votre mission : Au sein de la Business Unit Respiratoire et Immunologie, vous aurez pour missions de : Analyser l’environnement, la pathologie, le marché et les concurrents, en collaboration avec les études de marché ; Élaborer le plan stratégique et opérationnel intégrant les nouveautés de la marque : adaptation de la stratégie, redéfinition du positionnement et des messages-clés, élaboration d’un plan opérationnel  innovant et ambitieux ; Proposer les campagnes appuyant la stratégie de communication, en déployant des outils promotionnels impactant ; Déployer le plan opérationnel en collaboration avec les ventes et les équipes projets avec un haut niveau d’excellence opérationnelle ; Piloter la performance de la marque : analyse des KPI et mise en place d’actions correctrices ; Optimiser l'allocation des ressources budgétaires et suivre les dépenses ; Assurer une collaboration étroite avec les équipes internationales ; Faciliter le travail cross fonctionnel au sein des taskforces ; Expliquer les objectifs du plan et les campagnes promotionnelles aux réseaux de visite médicale et travailler en proximité des équipes ventes et de formation. Votre profil : De formation scientifique avec un Master Marketing ou de formation école de commerce, vous avez au minimum 4 ans d'expérience dans la fonction. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre aptitude à apporter et a concrétiser des idées nouvelles ainsi que pour vos capacités d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous faites preuve d'autonomie dans la prise de décisions et d'indépendance d'esprit. Votre esprit d'équipe, votre dynamisme et votre implication sont les garants de vos réussites parmi nous. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. Vous souhaitez évoluer au sein d'un groupe en fort développement. Ce poste est ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap.
