Within this   environment   employees are empowered to express diverse perspectives, and are made to feel valued,   energized   and rewarded for their ideas and creativity.   One of the most exciting and fastest growing Oncology   portfolio   worldwide   One of the strongest Oncology pipelines in the industry   Well   poised to become a world leader in several areas of oncology, with established and emerging blockbuster brands   Progressive company, diverse and inclusive   We live by our values   Highest visibility in the organization and externally   The Senior   Marketing   Manager of   Breast Cancer Tumor Strategy   will   lead strategic and tactical marketing   across the US breast   cancer   franchise .   The Senior Marketing Manager will report   into   the   Marketing Director, US Breast Cancer, Strategy   and Alignment   and work in close collaboration with   f ranchise   counterparts   and cross-functional partners .   This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters.     Key Accountabilities:   Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies,   identify   market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and create customer-centric plans.   Lead digital initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, website content) and   optimize   campaigns across platforms.   Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and external agencies to align efforts and execute initiatives.   Manage budget and associated AZ processes   Lead field input and engagement to inform promotional messaging, tools, and resources   Coordinate with OTD to support field training needs ( e.g.   RTS, ONX, national meeting)   Lead the tactical elements of the annual operational planning process in partnership with agencies and cross-functional partners   Manage partner agency relationships,   workflow   and related project budgets – including   timely   operations ( e.g.   POs, invoices, etc.)     Minimum qualifications    Bachelor's Degree in relevant field   3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, strategic planning   Preferred qualifications    Prior in-line   oncology   marketing experience   MBA in relevant field   Oncology, rare disease, or specialty care experience highly preferred   Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community Oncology and Hospital Oncology dynamics, GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders   Marketing experience (developing brand strategy, performing positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, leading ad agency, providing direction on annual budget planning)   Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Patient marketing)   Familiarity with the breast cancer landscape, treatments, and patient journeys.      When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
