Job Title: Business Project Manager Location: Dublin Competitive salary and benefits Job Summary: The SLT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in providing high-level strategic and operational support to the Senior Leadership Team. This position requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive key initiatives and ensure alignment with the Company’s goals. Responsibilities: Serve as an advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, providing insights, recommendations, and support on critical business matters. Lead and oversee special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional activities on behalf of the SLT, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key objectives. Coordinate and facilitate effective communication across various departments, serving as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Drive the strategic planning process, including the development of organizational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, and monitor progress towards achieving these objectives. Prepare and review presentations, reports, and communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the organization's vision and mission. Act as a culture champion, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives. Plan run and own multiple projects within this business at any one time. Essential Skills/Experience: Proven experience in project analysis, data interpretation, and performance measurement within a complex business environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software applications. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
