Purpose of the Role Join our Marketing Excellence & Commercial Academy team to gain hands-on experience in shaping marketing and launch strategies. You will support key initiatives that drive brand success and capability building across the organization. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and innovative marketing practices. Key Responsibilities Launch Excellence Assist in preparing and coordinating launch capability development activities for cross-functional teams (CFTs) Support the rollout and monitoring of the Vietnam Launch Excellence framework Track progress, prepare reports for senior leaders, and identify best practices from global and local market.
