Within our Oncology Business Unit, the Haematology Business Manager for Western Australia (WA) operates with a high degree of autonomy, focusing on hospital specialist engagement and evidence‑based promotion. You’ll join a tight‑knit team with exclusive focus on haematologists, backed by a rich pipeline in haematology including targeted therapies and next‑generation modalities. What you’ll do Lead the WA territory across hospital specialists, owning end‑to‑end commercial delivery and customer engagement. Build deep relationships with haematologists and registrars; navigate complex access environments to expand reach, including “no‑see” accounts. Plan and execute AZ‑led and third‑party sponsored meetings; deploy budgets to maximise ROI and revenue impact. Drive territory planning and key account management; align activities to PBS/TGA indications and launch priorities. Execute upcoming PBS indication launches and access programmes, ramping quickly to deliver results. Collaborate across AZ Oncology while operating independently; contribute to internal conferences and specialist congresses with limited interstate travel. Essential for the role Proven specialist hospital sales experience; haematology strongly preferred (1+ year), oncology acceptable. Demonstrated autonomy, self‑starter mindset, and revenue accountability in an independent territory role. Strong clinical aptitude and credibility; confident interpreting and presenting clinical data. Track record of innovative problem‑solving to access difficult accounts and optimise budget spend. Perth‑based, interest in a 0.8 FTE role Desirable for the role Familiarity with PBS/TGA frameworks, indications, and hospital system processes.
