Job Description: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field. Minimum of 5 ~ 7 years of experience in Terminal Operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on Optimization. Experience in managing key client relationships & business consulting. Someone who can think “out of the box” and make recommendations that add value to our clients. Previous working experience in a project environment and having the ability to understand key milestones, risks & change management. Proven track record of successful optimization projects in a container terminal or similar environment. Experience with Terminal operating systems (TOS - Navis in particular) or other relevant software tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and optimization techniques. Ability to travel as required for site assessments and client engagements. Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in container terminal operations. Kaleris is an equal opportunity employer.
