Job Description: Kaleris is a private equity-backed software firm focused on supply chain optimization, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation.   Kaleris is looking for a Senior Consultant to work closely with Customers, supporting their needs. This Consultant will be integrated in wider project team focused on task that provide solution design and expert advice on implementation of products. They’ll closely collaboration with Developers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure automation projects are implemented successfully.   Responsibilities   Leads Orientation, Analysis and Data Migrations    Assess options and define conceptual solution design    Able to do solution design, and assist in development and test phases to ensure delivered solution meets customer objectives    Suggest solutions for customers on the spot during O&A meetings    Lead N4 or XPS implementation during the project or any other expertise area    Define, prioritize, and document business and operational requirements    Mentors fellow Consultants  Requirements   8+ years relevant work experience; 6+ years experience in any Logistics / Shipping domain    Firm grasp of N4 TOS as a super user    Excellent understanding of marine terminal industry and business processes    Container Terminal automation knowledge and expertise preferred (not mandatory)  Able to work independently, completes assignments consistently    Ability to develop relationships with counterpart customer and Kaleris team members    Excellent listening skills and ability to raise questions in a thoughtful, consultative, ‘trusted advisor’ manner    Ability to deal with challenges and stressful situations, while maintaining professionalism    Strong leadership and organizational skills    Technical savvy – ability to analyze, configure and integrate systems to achieve required result    The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time or the scope of the position may change necessary to business demands.   We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at Kaleris.
