Job Description: Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for our rail products. Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Work closely with the engineering team to deliver product features and enhancements on schedule. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the rail space. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product. Lead cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure the product meets quality standards and compliance requirements. Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed. ​ Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or Software Management. Strong knowledge of cloud-enabled SaaS products. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product challenges. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with logistics solutions serving the North American market. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Understanding of agile development methodologies.
