Namhafte Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler vertrauen bei ihrer Forschung auf ZEISS Mikroskope, darunter einst Robert Koch, der um 1900 den Tuberkuloseerreger entdeckte.   Ihre Rolle Übernahme definierter operativer Aufgaben im Retouren-Management und Order-Fulfillment, die nicht durch den Business Partner gelöst werden können Unterstützung der Prozessverantwortlichen bei der Umsetzung und Implementierung neuer Prozesse und bei laufenden Projekten wie Mobile-X-Returns und weiteren Tools (Rollout, Test, Use-Cases, Change-Begleitung) Dokumentation und Schulung von Technikern, Service-Mitarbeitern und Ansprechpartnern bei Business Partnern; Sicherstellung von Wissens-Transfer und Prozess-Compliance Analyse, Bewertung und Koordination von Problem-/Klärfällen im operativen Geschäft Entwicklung und Steuerung von nachhaltigen Lösungen über Funktionen/Partner hinweg Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Prozess-, Qualitäts- und Effizienzsteigerungen) Ihr Profil kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im einschlägigen Bereich sehr gutes Verständnis in SAP (MM-Modul) und idealerweise in Order-Fulfillment-/Return-Prozessen strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zur zuverlässigen Umsetzung operativer Aufgaben Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit für die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Prozessverantwortlichen und Partnern hohe Lern- und Anpassungsbereitschaft zur schnellen Einarbeitung in neue Tools, Prozesse und Projekte Englisch in Wort und Schrift Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Franziska Bäuerle, Werner Baldauf
