岗位职责 1.  运营管理与绩效达成         •  监督加工中心日常运营，确保规范执行，达成OTD、日清日结等KPI。         •  制定并落实考核与激励机制，确保任务及异常处理高效落地。         •  督导团队完成日、周、月度绩效目标，保持高质量交付。 2.  资源整合与流程优化         •  统筹人、机、料资源，优化设备选型、汰换及人员调配，提升利用率。         •  拉通工厂资源，根据业务量灵活调配设备与人员，满足客户需求。         •  推动加工现场工作流布局优化，实施月度成本分析，驱动降本增效。 3.  策略执行与项目推进         •  落实运营策略及公司级项目，如远程车边、新业务CEF部分及组织转型。         •  推动报废率改善、质检标准统一等工艺优化项目。         •  面向客户及服务商推进合作项目，确保项目高效落地。 4.  技术支持与标杆打造         •  制定加工操作标准及流程，优化工艺规范，提升生产一致性。         •  承接外区无法加工高难度订单，提升客户满意度。         •  主导精益生产体系建设，推动全流程优化，打造行业标杆工厂。 任职要求 1.  教育背景         •  机械工程、工业工程、制造管理或相关专业全日制本科及以上学历。 2.  工作经验         •  8年以上制造业生产管理经验，5年以上团队管理经验。         •  熟悉汽车、家电或电子行业生产流程，参与过精益生产或数字化转型项目者优先。 3.  技能要求         •  优秀的领导力、战略规划及跨部门协调能力，具备全局视角。         •  精通精益生产、流程优化及KPI管理，熟悉TPM、5S、六西格玛等工具。         •  熟悉现场管理、设备维护和质量管理体系。         •  英语听说读写能力良好。 4.  职业素养         •  抗压能力：能高效应对突发问题，快速决策并推动多项目并行。         •  责任感：以结果为导向，勇于承担并确保战略目标落地。         •  行业视野：具备前瞻性思维，对标行业标杆，推动加工中心成为标杆。 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
