Purpose of this position Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets Primary duties and responsibilities : Will be responsible for sales and collection for assigned customers in territory Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel Education – Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Consumer products industry Strong channel & distribution management skills The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities. Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist. Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
