About the Role: We are looking for a software engineer to join CrowdStrike's global TechOps CICD Software Delivery Automation (SDA) team. You will collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide. This role focuses on CI/CD pipeline reliability, developer experience, and automation at enterprise scale. What You'll Do: Design & Build : Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions using modern DevOps toolchains Developer Experience : Create self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space that reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles Reliability Engineering : Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for our owned services Collaboration : Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization. What You'll Need: Programming Skills: Strong coding abilities using an OOP language (i.e. Python, Java, Groovy, or GO) 8-12 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development. CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms within an enterprise environment.
