Product and Application Skills: Has sufficient/basic product knowledge and can conduct Routine and Standard application work; Product Range Knowledge: Has basic knowledge of specific products within a system class and the related application area; Product Complexity Knowledge: Knows the basic principles on configurations and technical interdependencies; Task Level (individually sub-specified per team): Works on standard tasks with occasionally supervision within a smaller knowledge area; Business Understanding: Has a basic knowledge of business key points; Process Understanding: Has a basic knowledge in business processes, rules and worksflows; Communication skills: Able to deliver L-1/2 presentation; Customer understanding: The level of customer understanding is low (e.g. based only on personal experiences as a customer); Networking: connected within own team with contact to other teams when needed to fulfill daily tasks; Leadership skills: working in team on tasks and projects with guidance; Knowledge sharing: Can conduct basic trainings with supervision if needed Education / Professional Certification Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or relevant engineering fields Experience Fresh graduate or 1 year experience within the precision engineering or manufacturing industry, preferably in the field of CNC programming, Metrology, CAD-CAM, technical software training. Dimensional metrology / GD&T / SPC knowledge or experience is an added advantage Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics Able to interact in a professional manner with customers and co-workers. Ability to read and understand technical drawings Working with CAD based software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good command of written and spoken English Presenting confidently and clearly to a medium to large audience. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel within the country /region as required. Working conditions & Other Attributes. On-the-field tasks and activities Updated travel documents e.g., passports and visas Able to travel at reasonable notice. Abide strictly to non-disclosure clauses e.g.: Compliance handling sensitive data.
