Dabei fällt der gesamte Prozess von der Idee bis zum fertigen Serienprodukt in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich Sie entwickeln Mechanik-Konzepte, wählen eigenständig Komponenten aus, simulieren und berechnen Struktur und Komponenten und erarbeiten die Fertigungsdaten von Prototypen bis hin zum Serienprodukt Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Aufbau und Tests der Prototypen und generieren so aufschlussreiche Erkenntnisse für die nächste Iteration Sie entwickeln das Produkt bis zur Serienreife; entwickeln Bauteile für serientaugliche Fertigung und Montage, stehen im engen Austausch mit den Lieferanten und überführen das Produkt in die Produktion Ihr Profil Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für die ganzheitliche Entwicklung und Konstruktion umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion von präzise gefertigten mechanischen/mechatronischen Baugruppen bspw. Fertigungsmaschinen, Getriebe-/Antriebstechnik, Robotik, o.ä. fertigungsgerechte Konstruktion von CNC-Bauteilen Dimensionierung, Auswahl und Berechnung von Maschinenelementen wie Welle-Nabe-Verbindungen, Wälzlagern, Schraubverbindungen, etc. Ableiten von technischen Zeichnungen, routinierte Definition von Form- und Lagetoleranzen nach GD&T routinierter Umgang mit CAD-Systemen und idealerweise Erfahrungen mit FEM-Simulationstools (Strukturmechanische Simulationen, statisch und transient) abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau/Mechatronik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen Hands-on Mentalität und eine pragmatisch lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise bei komplexen technischen Problemstellungen Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Braunschweig, Center of Excellence für optische 3-D-Messtechnik und setzen Sie neue Maßstäbe!   Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Sandra Vogel
