Purpose of the Role: Support the ZEISS sales team to drive Myopia Management portfolio sales within a specified region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets. Description of the role: Will be responsible for sales and revenue of Myopia Management portfolio for assigned customers within specified territory Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers Building strong relationship with customer and forging strong confidence Representing ZEISS Myopia Management portfolio to opticians, doctors & optometrist Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training and the above-mentioned customers. Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel. Candidate Requirements Education - Bachelor’s in optometry with Min 1-6 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment Excellent Communication skills Open to travel extensively with the specified region. Essential Knowledge and Skills The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities. Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist, optometrists and opticians. Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments. Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities. Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges.
